During this event, Paul will provide an introduction to the Chefs’ Manifesto network, their Action Plan, targeted advocacy and why chefs can be change agents, and Chef Jon will present a live cooking demo and conversation, which will highlight the importance of diverse diets for human and planetary health.

This event is perfect for anyone who is interested in learning about sustainable cooking practices, celebrating local seasonal ingredients, connecting Farm-to-Fork and learning about underutilised ingredients.
